I am really happy with the excellent service and professionalism displayed by your company staff in attending to our service call for replacement of Rubbish Chute system in my apartment. We had a bad experience from the previous company as the rubbish chute system got damaged after 3 months. We came to know that they were unlicensed contractors and gave warranty only for 3 months. However, it is nice to know that you are HDB and BCA licensed contractors and were highly pleased to know that the warranty of your system is 1 year. The technician Mr Thomas Yee arrived promptly, listened to our concerns and replaced it quite efficiently. The service charges were also very reasonable.
