After being conned by other irresponsible contractors with their poor work man which caused leakage and pest infestation, I came across ACME online and decided it give it a try. I was not disappointed at all , the manager Edward was patient and seeked to understand my problems before providing a quote.Right after the call on the next day, his guys came over to my place and proceed to replacement and solved my problems within 2 hrs!
Thank you so much ACME!
Wow! We must say that our decision to call you for the rubbish chute installation is the best one in recent times. The staff answering our calls was polite and readily gave us the details about the latest rubbish chute apparatus available and also provided us with competitive rates for installation and maintenance of the same. We were informed that you are HDB and BCA licensed contractors which assured us of the quality service. Special mention to Mr.Thoma yee, your technician, who is very knowledgeable and patiently answered our various queries about the usage and maintenance of the system. We were also assured about the reliable after sales support from your company. Thanks a lot.
I am really happy with the excellent service and professionalism displayed by your company staff in attending to our service call for replacement of Rubbish Chute system in my apartment. We had a bad experience from the previous company as the rubbish chute system got damaged after 3 months. We came to know that they were unlicensed contractors and gave warranty only for 3 months. However, it is nice to know that you are HDB and BCA licensed contractors and were highly pleased to know that the warranty of your system is 1 year. The technician Mr Thomas Yee arrived promptly, listened to our concerns and replaced it quite efficiently. The service charges were also very reasonable. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends and relatives.
